Lombard receives customer accolade
[May 2011] Lombard, one of the UK's leading asset finance providers, has achieved ultimate recognition for its high level of service, from one of its customers. Logistics specialists, Alltruck, presented Lombard with their Business Partner of the Year Award in recognition of the outstanding support they have provided throughout the 10 years they have worked together.
Alexander Baldock, Lombard’s Managing Director comments, "We are very proud to receive this Award. There is no greater accolade than that given by a customer and we are delighted that Alltruck has honoured Lombard in this way. Lombard is committed to providing the highest levels of service for our customers, and this award is a testament of that commitment. The annual Alltruck Awards, introduced five years ago and designed to celebrate achievement throughout the organisation, also include awards for Employee of the Year, Outstanding Commitment Award, Team of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.
The Business Partner of the Year Award is a reflection of the fact that for Alltruck to be successful not only does it need successful customers and employees but also needs successful and loyal business partners. Criteria for the award focus on business partners who demonstrate loyalty, partnership and understanding.
